Legislation regarding the New York Plastic Bag Ban is now in full effect. We now carry reusable, 4-bottle wine totes ($1.99 each) instead of plastic bags. There will be a 5-cent reduction fee for paper carryout bags, and a 25-cent fee for handled shopping bags.
