100% Organic Provençal Rosé from Correns, the “Premier village Bio(logique) in France.” It is dry and a little bit richer than most rosés. The village of Correns is renowned for its environmentally friendly agriculture. The land is cultivated entirely by organic farming – an initiative commenced in the 1990’s by Mayor Michael Latz. Recognized for their wine-growing potential by Benedictine monks in the 13th century, the limestone hills that surround the area gave it its name “asper” – (aspera, rockery in Latin).

Domaine des Aspras – Les Trois Frères (2018), Côtes de Provence. Grapes – Rolle, Grenache, Cinsault
